Can high school leavers such as Year 12 and 13 apply for a scholarship? What certificate are they required to upload with their application?

Only final year of schooling (e.g. Yr 13 for most anglophone schools, Baccalaureate for francophone schools) are eligible to apply for a scholarship. Year 12s are not eligible, but they can start preparing themselves for the following year when they can apply.
